Don, let me try this again, sorry about that...
You are so right, farmers and antique dealers are different breeds of people. Maybe that's why I love selling antiques so much because I grew up on a farm where the things my grandparents used were just everyday things, now I relate with the similar things that I buy as my time growing up on a farm. I wouldn't change it for anything!! I love traveling the back roads to find things and the conditions we sometimes put up with at shows...well, if I didn't love the business so much I probably would have left it a long time ago. Great post!
