Heterochromia
From Wikipedia: In anatomy, heterochromia refers to a difference in coloration, usually of the iris but also of hair or skin. David Bowie was punched and suffers from permanent dilation of the left pupil - his is therefore not natural. Lovely photos, though.
dilation of the pupil has nothing to do with the iris color
