The NYC tandem known as
Sixx Design are real-estate flippers of the most interesting variety. Instead of renovating on the cheap and leaving an eye-sore for the public, they snatch up random but promising properties, renovate them from the outside in, outfit them with an eclectic mix of modern and vintage, and voila, you have a much more valuable piece of New York real estate. The current home of Cortney and Robert Novogratz was featured in the
New York Times today, but the piece didn't delve too much into some of their older projects. Here's a look:
